Look more for a program that integrated fraud control or would you look more at a program that just concentrated on stats and left the fraud management to other people/software?

Which do you like more and why, in (no particular order) the list below? Is there something important that is left out of this list?

Would you use custom software instead? I personally would rather lease an integrated system first and build later due to the time and expense and bugs in a custom system. If you were to do that, how would you set it up so that change over to another system would be the easiest in the future?
