Swami, your just like a little child running off to mommy whenever things don't quite go your way. Why not help solve any issues youve got by doing as Chris suggested and actually ring him. When I first started with Splitinfinity I had a couple of issues but I rang chris (which you can do 24/7) and surprise surprise problem solved.
I too have had an email not answered for longer than I would have liked but instead of running off and acting disgracefully and unprofessionally I rang them and sorted it out like a MAN...
