You have a bad habit of posting things to the boards that are no-where near correct.

#1. I have my cell phone on me 24/7
#2. Johnathan has his cell phone on 24/7
#3. Joel has his cell phone on 24/7
#4. We have a 24/7 phone number 858-560-2760 x2 which will forward
you immediatly to the tech on duty after hours.
# My home phone number is readily available to you and your tech and
was given in the initial conversations we had.

Our ticketing system sends tickets to me so I can monitor workflow.
We get the tickets in cell phones, email and indian smoke signals if needed.

I SPOKE TO YOUR TECH ON THE PHONE ABOUT THESE DOMAINS
AND HE SAID TO ME THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD THESE DOMAINS

I'm not sure exactly what is going on with you. I want to do business with
you, however the ball is in your court. I work hard and certainly do not
want you displeased with our services.

I do not let tickets sit around and collect dust.

I did everything you asked. Even wrote custom scripts for you.
The funny thing is, I did all of this to make it easy to add domains
to your complicated setup. It only takes me an hour to do it all
now (if that) with the automation I put in place.

Take a look at the scripts I CODED FOR YOU. Did I charge you? No.

Im just apalled that you would post stuff here without even calling me.
You never call, you never write. Are you seeing someone else Swami?
