We do not claim to have 24/7 tech support we have 24/7 emergency support. Second off no other customers are having issues but this guy. chris and I stayed up till 3am the other night trying to help this guy and now hes saying were not doing anything. IF you have an issue dont post about it here, if you cant get ahold of us on the internet try calling us @ 1866 775-4846 and someone here will pick up! if it is after hours you can always reach one of us on our cell phones which is 858 837-2734. There is everything you need so call if you need something done, dont post at 1 am because you cant get ahold of us online that is lame.
