I always get an answer from support, even if they don't know what they are talking about.

On a side note, the auto responder is total BS, 100% and total fucking crap. Once I confirm my e-mail address ONCE it should NEVER ask me to confirm again. But it does, every single e-mail, even a reply, it makes you re-confirm.

So now, I just call them rather than always trying to remember to hit the auto responder.
