Three things.
First - If you are writing to Paycom support from an address not white listed in our database your email will not be delivered to support until you confirm your address from an auto-repsonder. Check your inbox and spam filters to see if you received the confirmation email.
Second - If you have indeed confirmed your email or know that it is white listed, then re-send your email to me and tell me where it was originally sent. Rand @ Paycom.net. Put "Epoch / GFY" in the subject line.
