Dave isn't a drug addict (drugs other than weed I mean) and I don't believe he has AIDS. I know him, we aren't friends but we have a ton of friends in common and none of that rumor madness has ever gotten back to me.

It is good publicity though. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear reports of him checking into rehab with Whitney Houston (even though he doesn't need rehab).
