My Host:
I have been hosted since December by my host. Every single month except for last month they screw the billing up in one way or another.
They usually E-mail out the billing invoice around the 1st of each month and you are to have your bill payed by the 5th. I have not received an invoice for this month. I have E-mailed them at least twice and maybe three times about this matter. I have copies of the E-mails.
They set up voice mail two or three months ago and I left a message, but have not been called back. Today is the 6th and I fear they will shut me down for non payment.
Anyone have any suggestions, other than change hosts?
I have a virtual account and for the amount of storage and bandwidth the price cannot be beat. Their billing sucks and support is slow but I still do not want to change hosts.
