ummm... c-class boots are _intended_ for extended periods of hiking on rough terrain.

Given several weeks in the wilderness, you will have to contend with early-morning moisture and most likely several days of rain. Wet socks and trench foot is no picnic.

Might want to do some reading up before you hit the trails, son, or it'll be a long long road.
