What I use is 40 vol hydrogen peroxide in a lotion base for 30 minuties on my anus. 3 treatments and it looks great.

It works so well at making the skin white and youthful looking that I now make a mixture of 40 vol hydrogene peroxide and liquid soap. (60% peroxide - 40% soap) I use a sponge in the shower and soap up before I rinse off.

It's taken out age spots, the discolouring on my knees and elbos, tighten up my skin and I even notice lips are pinker and younger looking too.

It sounds like a funny weird thing to do. But don't attack it until after you have tried it.
