I think he posted the pick that you looked the fatest in, being as though you constantly call him burger boy. I think he wanted to show you looking the fatest. That pick just happened to have a very small clip of your kid in it.
That said, the fact that he's spending time looking through your directrory trying to find ways to piss you off, shows either he has way to much time on his hands or is becoming obsessed with pissing you off.
All this negetivity between you guys wont do either of you any favours in the long run. Honestly it wont. You two both need to learn to ignore each other.
