im quite sure that its not legal to be affiliated with any biz that is illegal in your country, even if its a foreign company.
I mean, imagine you own a company (even if you dont have an active position) in the netherlands which deals those "legal" drugs there. That would be still quite illegal for you to do it as you are treated by US laws personally. Or did i get something wrong?
I mean ... if it would be different, you could do any kind of illegal stuff as long as you find a country where it is legal, found a company and lets people work for you...
