I usually do request hair and makeup too or sometimes (because I am such a perfectionist) come out of my own pocket to hire someone myself because I like the way it looks in the photos so much better. Usually I can go to the M.A.C. store and get my makeup done there but they weren't open by the time that I had to leave for my shoot, so I just did my own.

And yes, I agree about hating pics. We are always our own harshest critics. However, I've found that some photos that I hate, people love. Everyone has their own taste so it's best to let them decide which pics. And I've heard the fat comments and a zillion other negative crap all throughout my life too. Like you, I put it out of my mind and have proven people wrong and have been fortunate to accomplish a lot of really big things in my life, just as you have! Congrats to you for all of your success. You deserve it! I've known about you for quite a while but I've never had the opportunity to meet you. But from what I've heard and seen, you seem to be a very down to earth and intelligent person aside from being gorgeous. Best of luck to you in all that you do!
