musicians have a manager and a road manager, when they're on tour one of the road managers jobs is to verify the groupies age. i think r kelly is guilty and he should go down. i have a friend that lives in chicago and he said for a long r kelly has been known to go and pick up the highschool girls. i also heard r kelly is known to have underage girls hanging out at the studio with him.
