The age of concent here is 14, way to young in my opinion... A 40 year old man should never be able to have sex with a minor under any circumstances, it's just wrong.
Theres always tons of 12-15yr old girls posing naked on free public webcam sites, it's sad... but it's a parenting problem. If parents brought their daughters up with a sence of self worth you wouldn't see so many underage girls exploiting themselves on webcam for a little bit of online attention.
