dont go back to the same guy to touch it up bro, go to another guy that has a nice portfolio picture book of his work, shouldnt cost much to get it reinked because it wont take long, Most likely the guy is a good artist but doesnt know how to tattoo just perfect yet, Because if the tattooist is good you will not have to get it touched up for years to come and thats only for fading
