what has that got to do with anything ? ? people that buy traffic from him first have to get the url approved by him ? right ? and only if they get approved they come in his pool of dutch sites to send traffic to , and only then you will need a dutch proxy to access them through a tgp from choker
most of those tgps dont have geo target , its only when you want to access them from choker you need a dutch proxy ,
but either way ,I am not making things up here ....
