If the domain stays in its present form or if WebAir starts selling VOIP or computer parts or dial up service or gay midgets there are no Unfair biz practices here or any form of common law TM infringement. All these isssues will arise however once webair.com is linked from nationalnet.com

I dont think they would quality for a supplemental registry, they would go str8 to the principal registry.
2 Companies with an indentical name CAN conexist as long as they're both not selling the same product. Simple as that IMO
