No kidding. With shipping they had by far the best price online, which blew the stores away by many hundreds of dollars.
The delivery was on time, the TV flawless, installation included. Couldn't have been happier.

I have that TV.

Great TV isn't it? On to the topic at hand. Review their shipping policy in detail. Make sure that if it arrives damaged it will be replaced ASAP. You may see with some companies that they want you to unbox the TV, plug it in and make sure it works while the delivery driver is still there. If they driver has a ton of deliveries to make he may not want to wait on you to get this done especially when the shipping company has probably told him to get out of there ASAP so if it is fucked they aren't stuck with the bill for it. It's be nice if they shipped via FedEx or UPS because they can get insurance checks out very quickly but I don't think they even accept plasma TVs for shipment anymore. Your best bet may be to see if there is a retailer online that is close to where you live and pay for it online then go and pick it up if they stock it. You may, however, find that a lot of these retailers are dropshipping from distributors.
