I think it's pretty sad when an established company, who has their office hours and toll free number published on their site, can not seem to answer their phone during those office hours.
Of course, I would not have been trying to call if their sales rep had responded to my IM last week.
Even though I am not terribly happy with this company, due to the fact that I personally like the people who own and work for it, I will not be publicly mentioning who they are......
But I will tell you this. If I sent you a link to this thread...Then it's you that I am talking about. Since your office is closed for the night, perhaps you can contact me tomorrow to discuss why I am trying to contact you in the first place.
