Chargeback question ?
We had a chargeback on ccbill today. As standard we run a cross check across all our other sites and billers. This guy has spent a fair amount of usd in the past 3 months but still has active accounts. Would you :
refund his remaining accounts to avoid further possible chargebacks -
Kill his codes and dont refund then wait for him to shout up -
cancle his rebills and let it ride n hope he dont do it again -
do nothing -
Any imput ?
