lol yea i never understood why people do that. Or why they even bother to try and fight it. Best way out is really an out of court settlement. Whats even more funny is when people start assuming microsoft is logging everything you do and is gonna send in the swat team. I actually got death threats when people heard i got sued by ms. It was pretty lame but very amusing at the same time.
