i hate people like that too.
tell them to chill out, simple as that. or make a joke about them using the word excessivly......trust me, they'll stop LOL people hate being mocked/made fun of.
if that doesnt work, get in his face and start spazing out while saying "FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCKKKKKKKK
" and then walk away
