You are getting me wrong Mutt, I'm not saying everyone is stupid except me. I'n saying the business is developing and changing and what worked yesterday does not always work today or tomorrow.

I saw the the future when I came over to the Net and opened a content store and you are right we had inventory, but more important we had skills. Yes the magazines pay slow as hell, up to 12 months, but look at the payout. A magazine set earns ten to 20 times what an exclusive set earns.

Good luck with Gallery, we tried to deal with the 3-4 years ago and gave up, hope you have better luck.

We're not stuck in one market and unwilling to look at the alternatives. We shoot for the Internet and that is our staple income, we also shoot for magazines, our next income, we also shoot custom for a few who will pay, we broker sets of ours via other content providers and we broker other shooters work who do not have the time to open a store.

We're also looking at licensing all the video content into the DVD market. So what if we only get $500 a scene, it's another stream of income.

And don't forget the paysite, new but going forard srongly.

Selling everything to one company is not the way we make money.

I'm not saying open a store, that's a lot of hard work and requires programming skills, marketing skills and a lot of content that you can take a long term view on. What I'm suggesting is shoot a girl for the exclusive clients, then shoot her for yourself and give the content to brokers and see what the return is.

This is assuming the exclusive buyers will allow you to do this.

As for me worrying about competition, well if that were the case I would not be suggesting you or anyelse broker content. Plus I'm sure in the teen market we can compete.

Yes you would think my costs are lower becasue I'm in the Czech Republic, but before we shoot a model we need to have $20,000 to pay the running costs. This could never be done with guys willing to pay $1500 for 10 sets.

Look around at the alternatives, there are many ways to earn money from the same content day after day.
