Give Prizes for the affiliate that post in the thread that can:
1) Show the most places / domains they are promoting your site
2) Show the newest registered domain where they are promoting your site
3) Show the oldest registered domain where they are promoting your site
4) Give a prize to the affiliate who posts in the thread who has been an affiliate the longest.
5) Give a Prize to the person who gives the best tip/secret/hint on how to promote your program
6) Give a prize to a wildcard GFY member who wants to photoshop or make a real fansign for your program.
7) Give a prize to the person who can create the best looking gallery to promote your program
8) Give a prize to the best looking female webmaster in the thread. (proof necessary)
9) Give a Prize to the affiliate that lives the furthurests from your headquarters
10) Give a prize to the affiliate that lives the closest to your headquarters.
11) Give a prize to the affiliate with the wildest/best non-competing sig.
12) Give a prize to the affiliate who can post the picture of the coolest computer / work environment setup they have. (your program on the monitor of course)
13) Give a prize to the affiliate who can post the worst computer / work environment set up they have.
I've got more if necessary.
Cash to post numbers
100, 250, 500, 750, 1000 etc...
If affiliates from all 50 states show up and post in the thread by the time the post numbers come up, you will double the prize.
or
If X number of brand new affiliates send a sign up during the contest, you double the prize money
Draw random thread posting affiliate names and post numbers after the contest to give prizes. (Must be moderated by independant authority)
Prizes = Purchased traffic / text links / gallery spots
Prizes = Software / software subscriptions (chameleon etc.)
Prizes = Computer Hardware / gadgets etc...
Prizes = Credit on design / logo work.
Prizes = T-shirts / Hats
Prizes = Have Miss GFY go to FunForOne's house for BBQ and Beer
All of these ideas are new and would attract new webmasters while keeping the interest high enough to keep the thread bumped. No lithuanian surfer kids should be interested in any of these prizes.
Some webmasters may get on ICQ and tell other webmasters about the contest to get them winning and promoting your program again.
