Make sure you back up all of your email before upgrading to Tiger. For whatever reason my 15" PB freaked out during the upgrade. I had tons of duplicate fonts that really fuck things up, Safari will not load, and all of my mailboxes made it through the upgrade, but they were all empty. My Mbox files are still there, but it looks like I have to manually import each one. What a freaking hassle! Doesn't anybody test this shit before it is released. This problem occured using the built in mac mail program, not with MS entourage. Thanks Apple, for adding a little drama to my weekend.
