Remember this Seinfeld Episode:
George and Jerry are watching Jeopardy on TV. George hasn't had sex for six weeks.
(
Edited for clarity)
Quote:
GEORGE (Speaking to TV): What is Pericles?
ALEX TREBEK: Pericles is correct.
GEORGE: Who is Sir Arthur Conan Doyle?
ALEX TREBEK: We were looking for 'Who is Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.'
GEORGE: What is Borax?
ALEX TREBEK: Yes, you're right.
GEORGE: What is Tungsten or Wolfram?
ALEX TREBEK: We were looking for 'What is Tungsten, or Wolfram'.
JERRY: Is this a repeat?
GEORGE: No, no, no. Just lately, I've been thinking a lot clearer. Like this afternoon, I really enjoyed watching a documentary with Louise.
JERRY: Louise! That's what's doin' it. You're no longer pre-occupied with sex, so your mind is able to focus.
GEORGE: You think?
JERRY: Yeah. I mean, let's say this is your brain. (Holds lettuce head) Okay, from what I know about you, your brain consists of two parts: the intellect, represented here (Pulls off tiny piece of lettuce), and the part obsessed with sex. (Shows large piece) Now granted, you have extracted an astonishing amount from this little scrap. But with no-sex-Louise, this previously useless lump, is now functioning for the first time in its existence. (Eats tiny piece of lettuce)
GEORGE: Oh my God. I just remembered where I left my retainer in second grade.

As we all know, the next day George sleeps with the Portuguese waitress from the diner, and immediately relapses into stupidity. And meanwhile, Elaine, who's also been sex-deprived, has become an
idiot -- a condition that is also corrected as soon as she has sex.
Does anybody have any first-hand experience to share on this subject?
Have you ever experienced an
increase in your abilities (mental or otherwise) after a period of sexual abstinence?
Or a
decrease right after sex?
The thing is, if you have sex on a regular basis, you might never notice any fluctuations -- for being always around your personal "average".
I have to confess that I
have -- and only very recently -- discovered a correlation between sex and my own performance --
And here's the kicker -- it seems that mastur(

)bation does
not have the same effect, and neither do non-penetrative couple (

) activities --
