i've smoked once in the last 5 years...
that article was good for the most part though.. what it comes down to is there was way more leaf back in the 70's.. this type of report crops up every year or two and says pretty much the same shit.. people buy buds now.. thats about it.. you could buy buds back then but the market was more unevolved and more of a grab bag of leaf and shitty heads as well.. they had hash.. they had all the stuff.. it's just a semantic excuse... which they pointed out..
the only silly thing in the report was this

LOL.. heheh the potent stuff i've had removes the ability to move.. let alone attack in a Mr. Burns like fashion.. violence.. pah.. potheads are about the most un-violent bunch of people i know. some may be mental and sociopaths and wish violence upon people.. but when it actually comes to it they'd rather be watching liquid television..
