I've fucked with Nuke since it first came out, and will likely give the new version a whack in the near future. There's TONS of potential in it, but to get the most out of it, you need to know your way around PHP and not be afraid to rewrite the code as needed.

There's lots of applications for using Nuke for an adult site, but if you're looking to do something like run paysites on it, you're much better off with a dedicated, professional setup like Mansion's MAS hahaha8211; my current CMS of choice.
