Tristania, Aesma Daeva, Sirenia, Theatre of Tragedy (older), Lacrimosa, L'ame immortelle (more industrialish though)
First 4 bands is what I consider to be actual gothic music.... everyone seems to classify it differently though. In this thread alone people named everything from punk to power metal to industrial (that COULD be considered gothic I guess!)
