Made from Kobe beef I take it? It's sad that people still buy Kobe beef. The reason it is so tender is because basically from birth to slaughter the calves are suspended from straps so they can't move around because using the muscles makes the meat tougher. Has to be the most inhumane thing I have ever seen. Kobe beef should be banned and any restaurant that serves it boycotted.
