I saw a big thread posted by pimpdog at some forum (don't really remember where) that ALL affiliates from "blacklisted countries" will be banned permanently starting from some specific date, and the existing accounts created by citizens from "banned countries" will be closed. He said that all Russians are cheaters etc... Furthermore I know a few guys who were your affiliates for some time. They are Russians and they have created their accounts after
prior contact with EpicCash administration. Everything was ok... until the mentioned date. After that they were noticed that their accounts have been closed "according to new rules". Please note, those guys weren't banned for cheating, spamming etc. They were banned for their nationality only.
