What is the best free link directory script?

It won't be a heavy traffic site.

I should be able to add cats/subcats/url's

Would be nice to see the stats of what is clicked, but not nescesarry.

Would be great,when ppl can search as well, in stead of clicking clicking etc. But again, also this is not very important.
