BOFA is shit - they did this to my wife, she made all the bill payments on line, think it was like 10 ebills and it said delivery time 2-3 days and they took all the money out before the check cleared and there was like $300 or so in bank fees - they were all at $33.00 each! we called the bank manager also the 800 number THEY WOULD NOT DO SHIT!
closed the account the next day.
time to move on.
