i have heard bad things about bank of america as well..
I always prefer to use small local banks and credit unions because you get better service and nicer people...
At my local bank if i get a NSF i just go down there with a nice size deposit and apologize and say something like i wasnt able to get down here in time to make this deposit yesterday.. and they always remove it for me
