I dunno how it happened, but somehow I forgot to add the sufficent amount of funds in there, and the direct deposits all tried to take out the payments, and they all came back as NSF, and within a span of 5 days, I racked up $400 in NSF fees!

I just checked my statement today and saw this, so I deposited all the NSF fees and then some to being the account to positive, and I called and talked to an associate who told me they cannot refund any of the money, and I talked to a supervisor who said the same thing, they wont even give me a courtesy removal of just one of the fees.

Is there anything else I can do? Am I stuck with $400 in fees?
Why would you be stuck with $400.00 in insufficent fund fees? Most banks...I think...usually charge $10-$25 per insufficent fund charge.
