As for them knowing that I needed it for a script, this is what they told me. Notice the time frames. I'm glad the script that I needed installed wasn't for a TGP or MGP because the site would be junk by now......... wait, it was a TGP.

As we had mentioned earlier, we do not provide ssh access to our clients as a matter of policy. Please note this fact. We had raised this issue with our Admin, and got it confirmed that the ssh access just could not be provided. You could try out alternate methods to install the script which do not require SSH access.
