If it was a legit signup he sent you it seems you owe him $35k...he played by your rules you
had before. Call it abuse or whatever, you guys did NOT have a specific rule about this and now you changed to ratio DAILY. You made a mistake and got owned big time. This should cost you a bit of money but ofcourse you will not pay him $1/click for all his traffic.
