In a girl I always look at mental stability. Women are more prone to develop psychological problems like depression, much more than men. I try to rule it out as much as possible. Some girls are very obviously in a risk group for such conditions, for others, it's obvious developing such is extremely unlikely to happen...

My girlfriend is in some regards unspoilt like a child. For her, mental stability is not a question of being balanced in itself, but merely from an absence of spoiling influences.
