NCC is probably the largest spyware spreader and one of the criminals ruining this business.
A paysite owner using their dialer is unwillingly a distributor of the Nocreditcard spyware designed to make them more money, but not the paysite owner.

or just google "Electronic-Group" - this is the company behind NCC - and you will find that their dialers are blacklisted just about everywhere because of spyware.....
