Grand Beach Manitoba, Canada. Major camping, thousands of babes on the beach, and on any given long weekend you'll see 40,000 to 80,000 people there. It's insanity personified.
If that's too far north for you, then it's South Padre Island TX. Don't know about camping aroud there though.
