Unplug the computer from the internet and then do the following. Run MSCONFIG and remove any instance calling for unknown programs or IST in the startup area.

Run you MS Anti-Spyware + Antivirus Simultaneously. I've found that some times when you Anti-Virus holds a suspect file in Quarantine or Temp to see what you want to do, thats when your Spyware removal program should be able to remove it from the system.


Hopefully that works. There should be a folder in Program Files to delete too.
