ANyone have this problem?

every time I start my machine up, microsoft anti-spyware gives me the warning that it is trying to install....and I click remove, but when I start up again it does it again

I have used:
Microsoft Anti-Spyware
Symantec IST Toolbar remover
Adaware
Spybot
Spyware Doctor
Spyware Blaster
Searching the registry and removing all IST references

NOTHING has stopped this thing from trying to install
