But I'm a bodybuilder myself and just wondered what helped him to gain his muscles...
I noticed one peculiarity, while training. If you switch from some kind of sport to bodybuilding then those muscles will develop better, which were greately involved in your previous sport.
For example for those who played tennis before it will be easy to develop massive shoulders in bodybuilding. For those who run often it will be easy to develop their legs. And so on.
Vin Diesel (his name is Mark BTW) has well developed arms, back and chest.
I read a couple of articles about him, but I haven't found any info about what sport he prefers...
So I just wondered - maybe some of you know...
So who knows smth about it?
