that's the difference, Choker offers traffic for almost any niche and any sort of traffic. Sleazy runs a TGP and sells spots on there. I for one can vouch that the results on SD are incredible if you target the right niche and have a clue about building galleries.
Choker's traffic on the other hand is good too, can be purchased in smaller numbers and controlled at any time (hits/hour)
where did you get this strange idea that you can compare them? Promote a single girl site on SD and you make maybe 2 or 3 sales, buying teen traffic for it from Choker will make more... I can guarantee this. Hit the right niche on SD and make a clean gallery and you make 200% to 300% ROI
It's all about what you want to achieve and what you want to promote. Give them both a swing and be your own judge
