Epass has been a funny thing for us, some days we get a limit to like $280 and other days no limit at all.
from what we can gather it depends on the bank you are withdrawing it from also and we used to use citibank which used to hit us with limit, we have done the 11pm and then 12am transactions which worked.
Recently they have not given us a limit issue, maybe we are not drawing enought funds out per day
