You're an Idiot! I have custody of two kids 5 and 9 my 5 year old has Adhd IF I ever saw my kids do half the shit that little girl did I would go to jail myself. I would spank my kids in front of everyone at that school@#$ * which here in VA is against the law* But I would also take my kid to a shrink and find out what the hell is going on with him.. That little girl was sad, at 5 she should know better but AND A BIG BUT If she has a medical problem which causes her to act out like that then she needs help!
IF it is something she truly can not control then imo it isnt her fault. To anwser your question... I would hope like hell if any of my kids acted like that in school that the police would do the same damn thing.
We do not know the whole story, her family life etc.. WHAT if she is acting this way casue she was rapped or somethign aweful has happened in her little life. It don't matter what color you are when a child acts out like that then something is wrong and something needs to be found out! Please go troll somewhere else..
