I wouldn't handcuff any 5 year old regardless of skin colour.
When I saw the video it confirmed what I thought all the time. It was a bunch of fat ass pig women that are arogant. (yes my first thought was "Watch those teachers be a bunch of fat pig women running around complaining how their kids never did stuff like this.")
The child behaved like many other 5 year olds and I've seen worse tempertantrums and I've seen ones that hardly classify as one.
The mother was on the way but going to be late. This was un-called for and it shouldn't be a race issue.
The end result is children are not criminals. They don't have the mental development to understand each and every single action they do.
And beating a child isn't the answer. I was never afraid to spank my boys but there is a difference from beating and discipline. Beating only promises to make the next generation of criminals.
