At least Clinton had the BALLS to try and KILL him back in 97 when they fired cruise missles at his camp that missed him by 2 hours! Bush called off the troops in Afghanistan when they had Bin Laden & his cohorts surrounded in Tora Bora because he needed them for the BIGGER "evil" in Iraq!
