Mr. Fiction, when the offending website was discovered awhile ago, the offending party literally copy & pasted thehun's entire source including thehun's logo's and thehun's name..that made it trademark violation. Since time has passed, the offending party removed the logo's and the name off of his site.
I should have elaborated and such...
